If you don't feel a click, and our connection isn't what you're looking for, that's fine. Not everyone will work well together, and there's someone else who you may connect with more - let me know and we can reconnect you with another support.

Every client receives a recovery workbook to guide and track their journey. It’s packed with tools, reflection prompts, and space to map out your goals. This is also where we can learn about the NDIS, how to understand your plan, and work on creating your recovery network (and one that works for you).
We’ll meet regularly via Zoom, either weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs. Sessions are flexible and can include coaching, goal setting, service coordination, or just a safe space to check in. You’ll also have the option for follow-up support via phone or email, because life doesn’t just happen during appointments.

Your recovery coach takes the time to get to know you- your values, your strengths, and your vision for a meaningful life. They provide consistent, non-judgemental support grounded in trust and mutual respect.
Whether your goals relate to independence, relationships, work, housing, or identity, your coach helps you break them down into small, achievable steps and stay on track, always in line with what you want.
We will work with your support (physio, psychologist, OT etc) network to develop goals and implement them into your life.
Your coach works alongside you to strengthen everyday skills, problem-solve challenges, and build your confidence to manage your mental health and navigate life’s ups and downs.
Recovery coaches help you understand and navigate the NDIS, and connect you with the right supports, including health professionals, community groups, and other services that align with your needs and preferences.
Life changes - and so do support needs.
If someone who supports you doesn't fit anymore, let's change that, with the support of your coach.
If you think you need something else, but don't know what, lets explore options together.
Your coach stands beside you - not in front of you, but will definitely be there with you through the NDIS processes. I will be there with you through plan meetings and reviews if you wish. Your recovery coach is someone who gets to know you, your goal, aspirationssn and needs, and will advocate for you and your needs in plan meetings.
We will work together to meet your Recovery Needs
We will work together to create a crisis management plan, ready for you when you need it. Your recovery coach will be there with you, because My Recovery Network knows that things can change quickly, and so do your support needs.
Book an online consultation (free) to meet with Hannah to see if joining 'My Recovery Network', would be right for you.
If you are in Sydney, we can meet for a coffee (my shout).
We will arrange a service agreement
IMPORTANT: This is not a contract, and you can cancel at any time if you feel you would be better supported elsewhere.
The recovery workbook is in its pilot state, and will be sent to you in the near future - for you to bring it to meetings and track your progress toward your goals.
Meet regularly as planned, and work through your recovery workbook with your recovery coach. Develop goals, build your understanding and use our NDIS plan to its fullest to find services and supports that align with your life.
