Getting to Know Each Other

Your story matters. In our first few sessions, we’ll take the time to get to know each other, your values, your strengths, what’s important to you, and what recovery looks like in your life. This isn’t about ticking boxes, it’s about building trust, understanding your goals, and making sure you feel supported, heard, and in control.

If you don't feel a click, and our connection isn't what you're looking for, that's fine. Not everyone will work well together, and there's someone else who you may connect with more - let me know and we can reconnect you with another support.

Your Personal Recovery Workbook

Every client receives a recovery workbook to guide and track their journey. It’s packed with tools, reflection prompts, and space to map out your goals. This is also where we can learn about the NDIS, how to understand your plan, and work on creating your recovery network (and one that works for you).

Your coach stands beside you - not in front of you, but will definitely be there with you through the NDIS processes. I will be there with you through plan meetings and reviews if you wish. Your recovery coach is someone who gets to know you, your goal, aspirationssn and needs, and will advocate for you and your needs in plan meetings.

What I can help you with

What we can do...

  • Explore your options and connect with services that align with what matters most to you.

  • Learn more about the NDIS, your plan, and how to use it in a way that supports your recovery.

  • Strengthen your capacity, independence and sense of control over your life.

  • Evaluate your supports and change as needed. If you don't feel like they are meeting your needs anymore, gets change it. As your goals change, your supports can change with you.

We will work together to meet your Recovery Needs

Crisis plan management

We will work together to create a crisis management plan, ready for you when you need it. Your recovery coach will be there with you, because My Recovery Network knows that things can change quickly, and so do your support needs.

What to Expect

Step one: Book a meeting

Book an online consultation (free) to meet with Hannah to see if joining 'My Recovery Network', would be right for you.

If you are in Sydney, we can meet for a coffee (my shout).

Step 2: Service agreement and schedule for meetings

We will arrange a service agreement

IMPORTANT: This is not a contract, and you can cancel at any time if you feel you would be better supported elsewhere.

Step 3: Welcome

The recovery workbook is in its pilot state, and will be sent to you in the near future - for you to bring it to meetings and track your progress toward your goals.

Step 4: Expand your Recovery Network

Meet regularly as planned, and work through your recovery workbook with your recovery coach. Develop goals, build your understanding and use our NDIS plan to its fullest to find services and supports that align with your life.
